Every three months, you have a brief telehealth check-in with your provider to review your health status, discuss any side effects or concerns, and renew your prescriptions. Between visits, our team handles the coordination with your pharmacy so you never miss a dose.

During your quarterly telehealth visit, your provider will review your current medication list, assess your health status, check for any drug interactions or side effects, and renew your prescriptions for the next 90 days. If lab work is needed to monitor your medications (such as thyroid panels, metabolic panels, or hormone levels), we can arrange an in-home lab draw at your convenience.
This service is ideal for medications that require regular provider oversight but do not need a physical examination at every visit. Common medications managed through our refill program include thyroid medications, blood pressure medications, cholesterol medications, mental health medications, and other maintenance prescriptions.

We do not prescribe or refill Schedule II controlled substances through our telehealth refill program. Your provider can discuss alternative options if applicable.
