Telehealth is not a replacement for all medical care — some services like lab draws and physical examinations require an in-person visit. But for many consultations, follow-ups, medication management, and care plan reviews, telehealth provides the same quality of care as an in-person visit with even greater convenience.

What Can Be Done via Telehealth?
Many of our services can be delivered effectively through telehealth. Initial consultations for weight loss, hormone therapy, and preventive care programs can often begin with a virtual visit. Your provider can review your health history, discuss your goals, and create a preliminary care plan before scheduling any needed in-person services.
Follow-up visits are ideal for telehealth. After your initial assessment and lab work, many subsequent appointments — including medication management, dose adjustments, progress reviews, and care plan updates — can be handled virtually. This saves you time while maintaining the same level of provider oversight.
Medication management is another area where telehealth excels. If you are on a weight loss program with semaglutide or tirzepatide, or receiving testosterone therapy, your provider can monitor your progress, adjust dosing, address side effects, and renew prescriptions through secure video consultations.
